Seaside Middle & High School

Seaside, OR

Designed by BRIC Architecture, Inc. and nestled high above the tsunami zone in Seaside, Oregon, the new middle school and high school building is a study in multi-purpose design for the community.

Not only does the building dance with natural light reflected from the ocean below, but it also has a large generator to create a safe space for the community to gather during power outages. It was a picturesque location to capture architectural details sandwiched between the coastal range and the Pacific Ocean.

South Salem High School

Salem, OR

Designed by Anderson Shirley Architects, the new arts wing of South Salem HS was built by Pence Construction with engineering design from Landis Consulting Group. This beautiful new wing has a focus on education and the arts. Not only does the new Rose Auditorium shine, but it was awesome to see the music rooms, make up room, tv studio and culinary arts kitchen.

Pipster Prep Preschool

Portland, OR

Designed by BRIC Architecture, Pipster Prep Preschool has multiple locations across Portland. Designed with fun pastel colors and a thought for design and intentional space it is clear that this is a space designed for learning and fun.

Chemeketa Agriculture Complex

The intricate brickwork in the Chemeketa Agriculture Complex was done by Kraft Masonry.

Newberg CTE & Science Building

Newberg, OR

Designed by BRIC Architecture and built by Pence Construction the Newberg CTE and Science building has a unique range of classrooms from metal working and wood working to science labs and 3d printing spaces.

Sprague High School

Salem, OR

Pence Construction completed a renovation of Sprague High School in Salem that saw new science rooms, a computer lab, a tv recording studio and commons spaces to name a few.
