This new space on Broadway in Salem has some very intriguing design features and close access to the downtown core. With lots of windows and high ceilings CB TWO Architects definitely made the interior spaces feel bright and welcoming. Also, attention was given to creating intentional exterior community building spaces in the courtyard area. Completed by FXG Construction this is a beautiful new addition to Salem.

Built in the heart of Portland my assignment was to capture exterior photos of the beautiful brickwork by Kraft Masonry.

The Court Yard

Downtown Salem

For this new addition to downtown Salem, CB | 2 Architects wanted to capture the architectural interior and exterior details of this location. Apartments have views facing both the Oregon State Capitol building and Riverfront Park. The owner of the building had a road bike installed as an art piece in the main common room which is beautiful and artistic urban feature that is visible by anyone passing by.

Sutton Terrace

Newberg, OR

This independent living apartment complex is part of the Friendsview Community. It features a built in bistro on the main floor and large outdoor courtyards on both sides. Designed by LRS Architects and build by Pence Construction, this space elevates community living.

This project happened over several phases with multiple clients to capture different aspects of this rejuvenated building. The neglected and rundown Boise Cascade paper mill was transformed into a modern apartment complex in the heart of Salem. My clients wanted to capture the look and feel of multiple apartment layouts and building amenities. I captured large panoramas from the rooftop as well as small details throughout the space. One of my favorite parts of this building is the interior courtyard that tenants can use for gatherings, barbecues and just soaking in sunshine and fresh air.
