Gerry Frank Salem Rotary Amphitheater

Riverfront Park, Salem, OR

Designed by CB Two Architects this beautiful structure has taken a prominent space in the heart of Salem’s Riverfront Park. The “basket weave” design was thoughtfully considered as a way of honoring the Kalapuya Native American Tribe.

As part of the riverfront park this is now a public space that is used by people from the entire community all week long. Not only is the shape of the structure unique from every angle, but the lighting within the structure is able to change almost as dynamically as the sky changes during dawn and dusk.

Designed by CB Two Architects this totally rebuilt YMCA has a playful use of color throughout the space. The large, open and airy exercise spaces that have big windows facing in all directions.
