Situated in the middle of a filbert (hazelnut) field in the Willamette Valley this heritage center and home is full of custom features. My favorite space inside the home was the glass cube office at the top of the silo with views of the filbert fields in all directions.

Willamette Modern Home

Nestled on an Oregon hillside in the Willamette Valley, this home has three levels of eastern facing windows where one can watch the morning sunrise over Mt. Hood. It was designed with Mt. Hood visible through the home as you approach the front door. The entire space is thoughtfully crafted with magnificent views of the valley where one can watch the light dance over and move over the mountains throughout the entire day.

This beautiful home remodel was designed by Gusto Design Studio and built out by Circulation Construction. The seamless addition on this Sellwood home brought a new outdoor living space off of the kitchen. With expansive views across the Willamette into South Portland, it is definitely a space where you want to hang out with friends and family.

This craftsman home was remodeled with many new and inspiring features selected by the owner. Level Plane Tile & Stone installed the sculptured tiles around the fireplace and patterned European tiles in the mudroom along with the wall of subway tiles behind the sink. This home perfectly showcases a wide variety of tile in a single location making it an ideal portfolio piece for my client.

Originally designed by Roscoe D. Hemenway, this beautiful home from the 1930’s has been updated with new interior and exterior design by Fraley + Company. Built by Ostmo Construction with interior woodwork by Rockwood Cabinetry every space in this remodeled home is warm and welcoming. With the brand new outdoor three season dining and living space, it might be difficult for the homeowners to spend time indoors.
